If you don't remember your "username" or "password", select "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your username?" on the Portal login screen. An email will be sent to the "Recovery" email address you entered in your portal Account Management.
If you are experiencing trouble logging into your active account after you have completed the steps above, email the Computer Services Department at: email@example.com and request to have your Infinite Campus account reset. Requests are addressed within 24-48 hours, generally help requests are addressed on the same business day they are received.
